What head did you use?

Hah, I just plucked the head off an old G1 toy(getting the reissue soon)...I drilled a hole to fit it over the peg..so its still posable.

 

The wench is made from silly parts

The spool is from a little barbell toy that come with a Smackdown Undertaker figure(each figure come with a different weight, collect the whole set and it built a weight bench, cool?)...

The sides of the wench are from a Spawn movie figure's gun(it held an ammo cache...) and the spool is held to the sides with a long bar screw from Scorponok, with the head cut off....the hook is from a Tortured Souls figure...I'm also considering painting the head dark gray with blue eyes, like the show...any opinions on that, guys?
