If you've been wondering about the Hearts of Steel (HOS) Optimus Prime garage kit that appeared a couple years ago, it seems there is movement again around this project. The designer, griffith_76, has been updating his blog with details on the HOS figure. No dates are set for release of at kit at this time, but there is a pre-order up. Customs designer Sabrina has two new HOS Prime's she's completed: a comic and "burnt steel" for auction on Ebay. Read the Full News Story Here

That thing is sweeeeeeeeet! I'm a big fan of that comic for the designs alone. Unbelievable.

This is impressive to say the least!!!

i love it too, but 125$ just for the optmus with no paint or anything wtf

Holy ..... !!! Wow, I love this project, very nicely done. and the "Burnt Steel" looks alot like a Nemesis Prime. Sadly my bank account won't make room for these, but they are EXTRMELY impressive.

Hey Hasbro .... this is the kind of stuff we'd like to see!

I wa actaly contemplating this the other day. I realy liked the HoS designes includint the prehistoric modes.

its a really nice kit for sure I just wish I could afford it

Whether you can afford it or not, no one should want to pay $125 for a Transformer that still needs to be painted and assembled.

After further reading, it not only needs to be assembled but there's drilling involved, removing flashing from the pieces and in the end it's not going to stay together properly anyway. This fool should sell his design to FansProject so they can make a proper toy out of it.

never read hos but i love the designs especially bumble bee but it's not a 125$ kinda love
