See, I found UM at Target, and I had a $10 off Leader Class coupon, as well as a $5 off Happy Meal coupon, so I bought him. However, he is also on my Christmas list and I think I may be getting him already, so I'm just hanging on to the one I have in case I don't get him for Christmas.

 

He looks nice in the box, though.

I am put off by his but flaps of doom that dont close in trukk moe and his huge size and $40 price tag

You know I went out to pick up this figure due to a combination of being impressed with past Animated molds and the testimony in this very thread. I found one easily enough (as the big bots tend to shelf-warm) and experienced a critical win...failure. He's certainly bristling with guns and seems to be very well (cartoon accurate) sculpted, but I was thrown off by the fact that I could almost see through the white plastic. The box pictures reflected no such issue, but the figure itself looked very cheap.

He's referring to the flaps on the back in truck mode (with the tail lights on them) that seem like they should have been designed to close all the way down - but don't.

ah, also, the kneww hooks kinds go nowhere too.

What do you call a man that can't buy leader class animated below 60 dollar, and envy to you here can buy it around 30 bucks.
