He looks SOOOOOOOO coool, but one Q: Do his legs pop off easily like Mirage's? He seems to have the same leg design, unless he's different. Please someone answer me, thanks. :thumb

Bulkhead's legs don't pop off at all. His feet, on the other hand, can. They have lateral swivels, so that he can stand approximately flat footed, even when his legs are splayed out in a wider stance. But if you try to rotate them too far, they'll just pop off as they're designed to. They really don't have all that much range, but the do help his pose stability a bit.
