So I'm a little confused. apparantly there is a TRU exclusive where you can get voyager blackout with deluxe scorponok, as opposed to voyager blackout with a miniscorponok? I saw the TRU one, and obviously the scorponok is not quite to scale, but how do you guys rate the TRU version as opposed to the original? Is it worth the extra 5 bucks? And does the TRU one attach on at all? I can't see blackout being able to fly with a huge scorpion on its back.... Thanks

Long time lurker, first time poster, here we go. To understand the question, some background: I didn't start collecting movie figures until AFTER the movie came out, and so, as a result, missed out on my chances of getting most of the good early ones. This is why the upcoming Premium Series excites me, seeing as I'll get a second shot at owning some of the more prominant characters (I don't do online shopping). Anywho, an opportunity has possibly presented itself. A TRU near me today had a massive shipment of original (NON PREMIUM) Voyager Blackouts (like 2 rows worth), and I'm contemplating whether or not to get one. I'm aware of the figure's shortcomings, but I…

The fact that Blackout's rotor stops dead the moment you let go of the trigger is incredibly lame. Is there any way to stop it from....um...stopping?

Blackout's waist keeps popping out every time you move any other part on his body. It stopped doing this when the gears on mine got messed up, but then he wouldn't transform properly so I had to fix the gears and now the waist won't stay again. Any solutions? I LOVE this figure, he was the only movie design I immediately accepted, the figures definately one of the better ones (WAIST articulation anyone?) even though the scale is wrong. But it's just his waist. I can't do anything with him.

Canada never seems to get store exclusives, yet TRU is sometimes the exception. I wander in today and see the TRU exclusive Blackout/scorpy 2 pack, for the price of 29.99 canadian, not on sale or anything, and there's a ton on the shelf. So, knowing the price, and knowing the slightly better Premium Blackout is around the corner, gimme an opinion. Is it worth the money? A deluxe/voyager 2 pack for that price does strike me as oddly cheap. Basically, I'm asking, ya think its worth snapping up, not owning either mold?

So, I've been rewatching the entire G1 series in order the past month and I'm about halfway through season 2. I never realised, before, that Blaster is always playing the Cold Slither music, from GI Joe. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MUU9ldY7J78 Blaster plays it, at about 1:12 in this episode. He also plays it a bunch in Quest for Survival. Nice touch.

The fact that transformers don't reproduce like biological creatures might be good or might be bad depending on your viewpoint. Prototypes are far more easier and logicial choice. Build another robot which is easier to change allliance if you are decepticon.Autobots don't force others to join them like religious fantanics. They can't have family or they have a little something from their love with each other which might be a good thing. For autobot would be bad but for the decepticons,it might be a good idea not to having any. It is hard for warriors to carry around anunwanted brat or a wanted one. It would be hard on both brat and parent/s. I would assume decepticon b…
