For my 100th Post I would like to get everyones opinion on which tranformer they felt had the best\most original\weirdest\most unique\outlandish paintjob. Robot OR alt mode. I would say either Tracks or Starscream, altho I always thought Skywarp and Thrust looked pretty sweet based purely off their paintjobs as well. Let the opinions BEGIN!!!

So I was thinking to myself; "Why do I enjoy watching Transformers?" Is it because of the Audio? Transformations? Character design? Story line? Battles? I think this list is correct. Notice that while Megatron often sent the other predacons on their own, he never gave them any authority. Except waspinator when he needed that distraction. He gave starscream authority to see what he could do on his own with Scorponok watching over him. Rhinox could have earned some authority but he was never too patient as a predacon. Dinobot II was more of a personal bodyguard than a sub-commander. And he never trusted the spiders, Rampage or terrasaur. Yep you read it right, $1.99 :tflaugh How did it happen? Well I went down to Sterling Target in VA and was at most hoping to find Doomlock or maybe if I was really lucky a Slugslinger. Lo and Behold, they had ALL the new Alts. I snatched up the last Dead End and Slilverstreak and left the Hounds (as I got one from AHQ already) and went and exchanged my bum Universe Whirl for Silverstreak. Then I hit the cashier and Dead End doesn't scan. They spend around 5 mintues trying to scan it and with the line getting longer, the lady just scanned it in for $1.99 :eek :eek :eek

OK, I only really know G1 but I just got to thinking, who were the best pair of friends in the TF universe? By friends I don't just mean those fighting as part of a sub team like the dinobots, I mean whose friendship really shone through in the stories. In terms of G1 there are a few possibilities I could think up off the top of my head: Ratchet and Optimus Prime (comic) - always liked the friendship between these two, kind of reminded me of the kirk/mcCoy relationship in star trek. OP seemed sparkbroken upon ratchets death in the comics. Hot rod and Kup - more of a father/son relationship but still one that manages to shine through in both comic and cartoon. …
