Upgrades

I'm not usually one to do a bash that has already been done. Where is the fun in that, right? However, there are several projects where one basher has really done the "best" conceivable bash that can be imagined for a character. For example, Ptitvite and his Devastator (which has helped spawn a formula for damn near EVERY combiner since), Nemesis Predaking and his TFA Dinobot...there are quite a few. Another is Classics Shockwave. The first one I ever saw was by Jin Saotome, and it floored me. As the years have passed, many of us have followed closely to that formula, trying to interject our own spin or take on that bash. It's almost like a right of passage, right? Anywho…

Has someone yet done a crown and cape for MasterPiece Starscream, seeing he already has the holes for the peg emplacements?

ok i want to do a kitbash out of jazz into the x-2 rx8 that will transform into cyclops when i'm done, but jazz's rims have 5points while the x-2 only had 4points making it look like an x, so how do ya'll actually change the rims on those alts anyway.

Hi guys, I'm a Gunpla modeller but also a TF fan, so occasionally my 2 loves cross ;) Hope ya like this custom FOC Grimlock I made some time back. I filled out his hollow back and some hollow under-sides on the limbs, separated the torso into segments for articulation, and elongated the feet. Also, I re-arranged the configuration of his T-Rex head at the back, to give him a more hefty and menacing posture. Added some extra weapons to give ole Grimlock some added fire-power and killer attitude. Sorry guys, it does not transform anymore, so sue me, but that's a sacrifice I'm willing to make! ;) Enjoy!

I went to my local hobby shop, and the har RC Cars there, that you build an customise yourself, you know? Well, I asked for the absolutel smallest ball joints that the could give me, cause I wanted to give my G2 Grimlock a pivot joint on his neck... well, the hobby shop clerk told me to talk to the guys in the back that run the RC stuff. So I asked, wel funnily enough, they acctually had something. I forget whwat the ball joints are for, but they really worked out well, so if you have a RC shop around your place, try to find these, they're kinda expensive, but its well worth the money because they come in packs of like 20 balls, as wrong as that sounds, and a seprate pack…

Can anyone please tell me what brand/type of paint and/or mixture of paints would match the gray coloring of ROTF Leader class Megatron!

Okay. The Toys 'R Us down the street has reissue Prowl for $10.98... ... And after seeing Robot Chicken on Adult Swim, I loved their kitbashes that combined Action Masters with chests and doors from G1 originals. I think the G1 stickers might augment this further. Is it worth tracking down an Action Master Prowl to bash him with the reissue Prowl? Has anyone else attempted this or given it thought? Anyone have shots of Action Masters next to Robot Master Prime? I'm wanting a Prowl to pose alongside him and I want to make sure the scale looks cool before I plunk down the dough on a relatively expensive (at least expensive for a 3 3/4 inch toy) Action Ma…
