finished primes movie sword, what do you think?

Couldn't figure out what character to make Grevious into, so I decided to go with Bomshell. Since his alt has a bug like quality and the head sculpt I can work with to make rereference to. Didn't have a small enough head to make Shrapnel or Kickback with. But here my is the SWTF universe of Bombshell. Here is what I plan to do when I get this figure, its a bit painted rough, but just to give an idea. Maybe make him my version of a Cybertron Skywarp.

Just got Darth Maul today and the figure is great. But the head color was not sitting well with me, because it just looks to much like a regular DM. So I painted part of his face silver to give him the more robotic look. Here are some pics. and here is his ship mode (nothing changed)

Megatron is a modified and repainted SWTF Darth Vader Tie Fighter. I felt that the long, thin body of Vader worked perfectly with G1 Megatron's thin build. I cast the face off of a SWTF Han Solo and the Helmet off of a Megatron fighting robot pop holder. The head was made using Mighty Putty. The cannon barrel and back are from a generic G.I. Joe-like soldier weapons pack I picked up at Target. I used the red LED and wiring from a Dollar Tree "Optimus Prime" KO to make the cannon light up with the push of a button. The compartment where the spring used to shoot out the lightsaber was the perfect size to use as a button battery compartment. I used Testors silver, light gray…

As many can already tell, I am trying to convert these SWTF to characters that we know in TF fiction. Some molds I find difficult to work with. Like Vader, Grevious, and Luke. But some I found are fun and easy to work with. I was thinking how the Milenium Falcon could made into what character, then it hit me! Why not Optimus and Magnus! They in some story lines are brothers (like in RID). So here is a head swap. Plan to digi when I get home.

Coudn't figure what to with Dartmaul TF, so I put on BW Waspinator robot head on and painted it and painted some detail on the body. I didn't paint in the Alt mode because I am happy how it looks, plus it wont mess with the idea that he is in desguise. Since Vector Prime's alt mode is basically the sith infiltrator, I thought this was a relatively obvious idea. However, since I have yet to see anyone try it....
