I've gotten the prototypes in and fixed whatever issues I found with them so wave 1 of my MiniBots line is now available on Shapeways: https://www.shapeways.com/model/1652341/minibot-wave-1.html Wave 1 consists of the following figures: Load Bearer https://www.shapeways.com/model/1483339/minibot-load-bearer.html Load Bearer has a tendency to get lost in the details of things and can get quite compulsive when it comes to following the letter of a law. Rarely spotted outside of his Magnum armor, few even realize that this diminutive bot exists! Load Bearer stands at about 2 1/4 inches tall (57mm) and has a 3mm grip to hold most weapons designed for small…

Last Stand of the Wreckers : Ironfist! Thanks to autobotx23 for the inspiration. This is a commissioned piece (VERY cool and patient customer/customizers) - using Universe Hound as the base. I built him a custom head using FansProject's Warbot (Springer) added a styrene forehead crown and mouth plate, carved in new larger eyes. Gave Ironfist some light battle damage, a magnetically attachable weapons pack with an ammo belt that runs to his mini-machine gun. So after taking detailed pics of my friend Ben's MIB Diaclone Battle Convoy. I decided to make a custom WST Diaclone Battle Convoy box for my WST Diaclone Convoy. I bought my WST Diaclone convoy from a guy on ebay a while back but even though he made a diaclone style box it was really crappy and I knew i could do better. here is the back of the box I have made. I re-shot the product shots as best i could to match the shots on the original box. this box will be a slightly off in proportions as WST Convoy and trailer arent exact as G1 and the foam insert that im making will be off as well. so that makes the box proportions off. everything you see has been retyped, yep…

Im doing a kitbash of RID Mega-octane to make a poseable one. I thought a good way for the legs would use Classics Rodimus' waist while using classics astrotrain's thighs. Does anyone have an idea for the arms and a balljoint head?

This project was a originally a commission for a Nemesis Dark Seeker which changed to a Metal Gear Rising Desperado Seeker. For inspiration I took reference from Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance concept art and screen shots. Some added Features are Desperado Decals, 2 Giant Swords, Battle Mask, communication device and some other homages to the game. More photos and info can be found on my site in my signature as well. Best! Chonosmoon

When i got my hands on classics Hot Rod, i couldn't help seeing more of Breakdown then of Hot Rod. So i took a screwdriver, sanding paper and my airbrush. By now i've got something like this: Much better imo. Unfortunatly i ran out of blue paint so the touch-ups will have to wait till tomorrow. I also didn't do much of detailing but this will also be done with the touch-ups

It's not the best PS job in the world, but it gets the point across. This is what I want the repaint of this figure to be.

This is something I did more than five years ago, but I still like it. My mother had found a beat up Shogun Warrior (the big two-foot-tall ones) at a garage sale and knew I liked them. This one is Gaiking. Normally he would have two yellow ram-like horns. Those were missing. At least one of the wheel sets on his feet was missing as well. I used a wooden dowel rod to replace the missing horns, and I ended up just breaking off the rest of the wheels so it'd be consistent. This wasn't a serious project or anything. But I love how he came out. Sorry for how big the images are.

As soon as I saw the Combiner Wars Megatron figure I knew he would also make an impressive Galvatron. Throw in some 3D Printed parts and the legendarily poseable KFC hands and BOOM, Galvatron is born! The replacement head, chest, cannon cover and knee pads were 3D printed and the KFC hands were modified to work with the existing hand posts. Painted with a semi-metallic Grape Pearl. Up on the 'Bay. Enjoy!

Last night at work I had an amazing idea of how I could give Alt Optimus a base out of his bed and new legs. All the while removing the seats from the back of his arms. Now I won`t know if this will work until I get him and take a look at the parts but I think that if you take a pair of Energon Optimus legs and replace Alt Op`s legs with them. Then it should be possible to build a base mode for his bed like my Rodimus has. Give it a red cap with blue detailing perfect way to hide it all in Alt mode just like my Rodimus. Now for Ultra Magnus. I`ll need another four door Dub city Ram model, and a second Alt Optimus once he comes out. The reason for the four door is that…
