Upgrades

If you had any G2 Transformers you may have owned the smaller Matchbox sized 'Spy Changers'. Motormouth is from the Go-Bots series similar these and here I've customized a Deluxe version of the blue pickup. Motormouth was created from a Transformers Prime Kup body and Power Core Combiner modded Double Clutch head. Some Bot-Shots sawblades from a Ironhide with trailer deluxe set were given 5mm silly-straw posts so they could plug into his forearms. He was basecoated with Testores Model Master Acryl royal blue/red then sealed with Testors One Coat Lacquer 'Clear wet look' spray. Now he's ready to mouth off to the Decepticons in battle!

Surely this has been touched on already, But has anyone made wing modifications to classics Ramjet to make Thrust and Dirge? And, more importantly, does anyone offer a kit for the sculpturally impaired? I could do the paint apps without any problem, but every attempt I've made at custom parts had ended in utter failure, misery and destruction!

Yesterday I finally received my CR Fortress/Brave Maximus. When the drooling had ended (and I had eaten my cold meal -- they always deliver during diner time) I looked him over several times. I really feel he's missing something. He's huge, he's got guns all over his body and he's really impressive (just imagine having to fight somebody who's, oh, ten times larger than you). does anybody got an easy idea on how to tint the window's of the alts w/o trying magic marker? i want to tint streak and meister's windows, but i don't want to spend alot of money on buying self window tinting but seems like that might be the way to go, any other ideas?

I've read about some folks who plan to add or already have added chrome foil to their Leader Prime, among others. What is this stuff, exactly, and can a schmo like me with no talent for model building use it? Where can I get it? Can you show me some pics of a before and after? Thanks! -Gus

Masterpiece Mid-Warp Skywarp version 2. This round, I did the same mods to his hip kibble (relocated and permattached to his lower legs, modified back wings and tail to accommodate standing in robot mode) Also, went with a little more fun on the warping effect, this time - he's materializing from the left, and there are holes and patches of clear throughout. This is the largest custom I've done so far, introducing a Generations 'G1' style Metroplex that comes with a new DELUXE SCALE Scamper, Sixgun, and Slammer! This is a huge figure and comes with multiple new attachments such as shoulder antenna, G1 red double barrel gun, twin knee turrets, 3rd party heel turrets, twin arm turrets, antenna, satellite dish, spire, 3 extra ramps, (one folding chest c-tainer ramp, two leg ramps) and of course his three bots. I got bored and was looking over my collection of customs earlyer tonight, and I happened across my poorly done alt sunstreaker a pretty standard deadend redco. He's so crappy,and embarrassing I'ev never bothered to post pics(and still wont so please dont ask) . I'ev been thinking about redoing him for quite sometime. I then had a light bulb come on when i was looking at photo's of deciptcharge. He would make a great Sunstreaker. It wont really even take that much in the way of work for repainting eather. OK, so I bought RV OP today. Very cool, like him a lot. Don't like the back kibble and the guns sticking up and out back there. Started modding almost immediately, God, it's a sickness. The back kibble is there to stay, but I modded the gun mounts so they can fit 180* from where they mount now: I drilled a small hole on the opposite side of the gun mount for the gun's small "handgrip" to fit into. The handgrip itself had to be cut shorter as well.
