Upgrades

Since I don't care for the new head sculpt that they're doing for Sideswipe in the Universe/Classics line, I thought I'd give it a go at doing one that resembled his old G1 style more. This is still a WIP, though the head is pretty much done (barring another light coat of paint). The body has been painted with a few thin layers (by brush). All that is basically needed on this is a mod I'm working on for a possible shoulder cannon (similar to what he had in G1) and for final painting. The paint is still rough at the moment, but you get the overall feel for what I'm trying to accomplish. I'll post more closeups of the head once I take them. Here's what I had to say abo…

Not sure if anyone has considered doing this or not but I have. I want to combine the outer shell of Nemesis Prime with the black and blue parts and some of the red(obviously) of a Optimus prime to make Battle Convoy(minus the sword!) With ofcourse getting a second Optimus and Nemesis Prime to do this. But need pics of Battle Convoy(gen 2 laser rod OP) to do this, can someone help with pics or the link to the TFU alpha index for me.... Thanx in advance! BGC

I just acquired a near mint Overlord figure, but he has fairly loose wings. They have got those rods running through them. Anyn ideas beside super glue to stablize them? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hey all I've been working on a scratch built model of the nemesis for some time now and as it is nearing completion I thought I'd share it. I isn't finished yet and needs some detail work yet, but it is getting there. Starting point. Size comparison with g1 prime. As it Stands now tell me what you guys think or what kind of details I might add to this 2 foot long beast. -PRIMEONE

Hello everyone, I just thought you would be interested in a minor modification for the Mirage/ Hot Rodimus mold. Pick up An AMT/Ertl 1:24 scale Ford GT model, single out the tail lights. Paint the back side of them Tamiya transparent red (do not paint the connector pin). Widen the hole on Mirage/Hot Rodimus's Tail light socket and this much more detailed part fits right in !! Here are the results ! Can you pick out the GT with the original Lights??

what materials do you use to make molds? how are they made? how do you make good quality parts, wepons, etc? please explain step by step, and provide pics if possible thanks
