  1. Started by Maximal Prime,

I wanted to give my G1 Wheeljack some eyes, and was going to use the custom sticker from Reprolabels.com when I happened to find an old Action Master Wheeljack in my junker bin. So I drilled out a small hole in the back of the Action Master's head to fit in the peg of the G1 Wheeljack. I also had to shave off the circle post that connects the AM head to it's body, so that it was flush with the shoulders of the G1 body. Next, I had to trim down the spikes on the AM's head, so that when the G1 body transforms his head fits underneath like the old one. I also applied a set of fresh reprolabels and painted a few details like his headlights, Rockets and gave him silver wheels,…

  2. Started by Furious George,

Here's the first part completed for my custom alternator. It's a double nozzle engine gun. From the pic, can you guess what car I'm using? :) More pics updated throughout the christmas break.

First, a quick disclaimer: "None of the bots here are by me or in anyway connected to me. They have all been made by some very, very talented bods here at TFans and at other TF sites. I havent included names here as Im tired, so my sincerest apologies to not giving credit where its most certainly due. Some of the bots here are not alternators and are perhaps "masterpiece"class but Ive used "alternator" here to show how many of us would display these bots together if we were fortunate enough to own them all. Personally, the Jazz bot Ive featured isnt the one I wanted. I really wanted to show a jazz with a repainted shockwave body, with Jazz's head and the custom s…

Here are a couple guys I've been working on. I got Jazz and Bluestreak finished tonight. I just took the alternators and made them more G1 show accurate. better coloring, and cartoon accurate paint jobs *for the most part* I wanna sell both of these, so I couldn't spend too much money on them.

  5. I just did Nemesis Prime this weekend. I also built a G1 style gun for my Optimus Prime. They both have the legs extended, seats mod, shoulder mod, and some paint apps. Nemesis Prime Optimus Prime

    Started by Guest Primal-Convoy,

Ive serached high and low, both here and at google. TFormers I think a while back showed someone who showed, step by step, how to mod Prime using the LEG MOD, Chest mod (by making his head go through the old chest and made his chest like most other alts, like Grimlock. His chromed area was then the front of his chest) and the shoulder mod (so the doors become wings). Anyone got pics and or instructions? please? thanks!

  7. Started by bluestreak1701,

Hi Guys, As usual, rather than finish one custom before beginning another I've decided to start on my custom Trailbreaker from alt Swindle. (just to be original!) I did toy with the idea of trying to build him from a ford F350 model but now have just opted to do a straight repaint with minor mods. I need some opinions about which direction to take, especially about visor colour. I have some blue and red transparent paint which I could use to paint over swindles purple - anyone know if that would work? Also, I have a spare blue Windcharger visor which I could use instead. As for the colour, I can't decide whether to do red (toy) or blue. (cartoon) I feel blue is more…

  8. Started by Vector Sigma,

  9. Started by Bluavenger,

Well here he his. Been wanting to do this for some time now. With Plow Kings thumbs up I went for it. It's an Alt Wheeljack that I sprayed in two tone Testors Model Masters Sublime Green and testors Model masters flat black. I even got his stripes on the roof to wrinkle a bit to give it that homage to cybetron downshifts vinyl looking roof. Painted his engine to match and did his sword in flat black with a green stripe down the middle. I forgot to get it in the pic sorry. So without any delay here he his:

  10. Started by Tripredacus,

I notice a lot of you guys are making kitbashed Alternators. Is it possible to take an Alternator and remove the car panel so you just have the robot (skeleton) parts, and then get a model kit from the store and make a whole new Alternator with it? Does anyone have any idea what I am saying here? :tfhuh
