  1. Thanks to the watchful eye of TFW member Shatterpoint, we have word of a leaked Takara Tomy Transformers project that was posted earlier to the Takara @TF_pr Twitter account, then mysteriously removed. What they are calling a new Transformers series under the name of "MPG". Judging from the image with the words "Gattai", which roughly translates to combining, and "GIant" it could possibly mean something to do with Transformers combiners? We'll have to wait to learn more about the MPG project is. Click Image to Read the Full News Story Now

  3. Diving deep into the Transformers 40th Anniversary goodness today, we're taking a look at those little Transformers buddies from Japan, that we have looked at before. Hasbro called them "Decoys", and made them in red or purple faction sets, or as singles packed-in with figures. In Japan, they were called "Keshigomu" aka Keshi figures, made by Takara and Kabaya in different colors, materials, and sculptures. - Read the Full News Story

  4. Captain, the Dilithium Crystals cannot take any more!!! Seriously, Hasbro's got the pedal to the metal working up new crossovers. From Back to the Future to Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, I am starting to get dizzy with all the possibilities. While I am not a TMNT fan, I am sure some of you will simply love this. 5. For Presidents Day, the Daily Prime takes a look at the Transformers Autobots Leader Optimus Prime that many fans consider a viable candidate for President. This is evidenced by the many posters and graphics created over the years around election time calling on Optimus Prime to run for President. Funny enough, a fictional character almost seems more real than the candidates we have seen in recent years. Click Image to Read the Full News Story Now

  9. The news of the Guinness World Record for the 10,568 Transformers memorabilia collection made me think of the things I didn't have, and never will. Such as the 2000 Takara Transformers 15th Anniversary Lucky Draw 01 Optimus Prime Gold Wheels Version, shown below thanks to TFsource. Takara released a bunch of 15th Anniversary G1 Convoys, including that Lucky Draw with gold chrome grill, smoke stacks, tank and wheels that I'll never find, or be willing to pay the $1,000s it would cost, if I did. - Read the Full News Story

  10. Most of us think we are pushing it with 100s or 1,000s of Transformers in our collections. We all have a long way to go to catch up with Mike Kaye, who has set the Guinness World Record with 10,568 Transformers memorabilia items in his collection.
