In GF, robots that come from the same planet share a similar design. Robots from Sybertron, like Optimus, Starscream, andMegatron, share a similar look from a design point of view. So do the TFs from planet Speedia, like Exhilion and Nitro-Convoy. Earth-Transformers look similar, and Beast Transformers have an obvious bases of comparison. Now, this all is pretty obvious, but it serves as an introduction to my point. When I look at Vector Prime and Noisemaze, I see a striking resemblance in design. I was pretty disapointed in this years toy fair showings. I usually look forward to February for the shocking revelations that Toy Fair coverage provides. This year seemed to be a rehash of product that had already been publicized. There weren't mant suprises at all (none as far as Transformers were concerned). Any one else feel this way or am I just jaded?

Last night I almost did it, I almost bought the two pack of E.Megs and OP for $45. I say almost, because I really don't want to start collecting all the different versions of him and Galvatron. The only real reason I wanted to buy it was because of OP and I really didn't feel like forking out $40 for him by himself.... So as I have stated here before on Ricochet and Nightstick... I went and talked to the TRU manager. Simply stating and playing dumb that if the two are for $45 are they individually half that? He agreed and I got E.Prime for $22.50, not bad. Hello Alternators Sideswipe finally made it to Baltimore, MD. Anyway, I'm not sure if anyone wrote about this but my Sideswipe's lower back helmet is red instead of all black. What I want to know is, are all of them like that or is mine special? When I really look at him it bothers me slightly. It's like I recieved an unfinished product. I have to say I am really super satisfied with this toy. Way more than I thought I would be after listening to all the complaints. I still want to know if there is some safe way to color the red black without making his helmet look worse?

Anyone know where I can find a Universe Starscream for less than $80 bucks? Not too thrilled over the bling on the Henkei version but trying to find one for less than $30-40 dollahs has left me feeling bluer than Thundercracker without a propperly colored squadron leader. The Classics colors are sooo bland. Any places on the interweb to send me to or dark alleys where someone is selling him out of a truck may and will be appreciated! ^_^

Hi Everyone! I am new to these boards. I lurk here a lot, and I figured I would join so I can contribute for once to these boards regarding my favorite action figure line. =). Anyways, is it me, or are Transformers the least stocked items in stores these days? I also collect 25th/Modern Hero Gi Joe action figures; and despite most what's out there these days being peg warmers, at least there is an ample supply of stock sitting on the pegs. Where as there is very little in terms of Universe and Animated figures in Target, Walmart....and ESPECIALLY in Toys R Us. It's a shame, I would love to walk into a TRU like I did as a kid and see wall to wall of Transformer …

i just got a brave maximus in the mail from ebay. it was supposidly misb, but there was no sticker sheet and no instructions. plus the autobot symbol in city mode was upside down. what i want to know is did this fig come with a sticker sheet, or were the decals already applied.

I kinda wish that each of the different 4 keys would be different...you know so earth keys cant fit in speed..etc. be kinda an added gimmick i dont know i just dont like that any key will fit any transformer
