The midnight breeze crept over the Sahara, changing everything, yet nothing. The sand, looking pale and sick under the summer moon, bustled along through it and entire dunes shrunk while others grew. The air held a sharp chill while silence grasped everything in sight. It was as though the end had already come. Even with the glow of the moon, one would never have been able to see the air as it morphed and twisted, bent and warped creating its own reflections as something or someone stalked slowly across the dunes, as if it were searching. They would never be able to see as the object, as large as it was, left four six-foot long trails in the sand, pushing it upwards …

Well, this is a story I've worked on for about 4 years now. I think I'm finally done with it enough to share with you all :) Enjoy! :thumb Disclaimer: I do not own Transformers, everything belongs to Hasbro/Takara. Also, this story does not recognize the events of Rebirth or the Japanese series directly, nor the unseen spark restoration of Megatron at the end of Beast Wars, and speculates at occurances in the unfinished Wreckers and Universe stories, as well as taking some ideas from the unfinished Macromasters fan series. ‘Til All Are One…. I thought I knew what those words meant, once upon a time. I first heard those words in the human year 2005, in…

Author's Notes I came up with a story for my own version of a Transformers movie, one that's perhaps a bit closer to Generation 1 than the Michael Bay movie (although I did name the main human character "Sam Witwicky" instead of "Spike" because that made for a better first name). Enjoy! TRANSFORMERS fan-made trailer FADE IN Frantic camera footage of a jet performing a bombing run on a military base. It's hard to tell, but it's firing something besides bullets and missiles. SOLDIER'S DISTRESS CALL (v.o.) Taking fire! Taking fire! Send in reinforce-- The soldier's words are lost in an explosion. FADE TO BLACK INSERT STUDIO LOGOS -- Param…

  6. Last year, a couple of friends and I engaged in a homebrewed Transformers RPG. It was of the tabletop, pencil-and-paper variety commonly associated with games like Dungeons & Dragons. To my knowledge an official rulebook for a Transformers RPG doesn't exist, so I had to improvise. The Actual Play thread -- in which I summarize each game sessions with a bit of discussion about the game mechanics -- is posted at RPG.Net. I'm including an excerpt from the first post here: So ... thoughts on the RPG? Again, more information about it can be found at the thread on RPG.Net. And I apologize if I've posted this in the wrong section; I couldn't find one for …

It is the year 2005. The Autobots have been successful in driving the menace of the Decepticons into the farthers uninhabitable reaches of the galaxy. Revitalized by the return of their greatest leader Optimus Prime and bolstered by the rebirth of several fallen comrades, the Autobots now enjoy a new golden age of discovery and exploration on Cybertron and beyond. Many of the Autobots have chosen to stay on Cybertron, but a small detachment led by Prime have returned to Earth aboard the Ark-V in order to create a defense net with the world's governments in the event of extraterrestrial threat to either planet. But all is not well... Galvatron, dri…

Jan. 25, 3 Months Ago Strikeback stared out at the desert as the sun set and the wind picked up. His optics watched the shades of purple and orange painted the sky. Clouds of dust swirled around where he stood. From his vantage point on the cliff, he could see almost everything. "What are you doing out here?" the voice behind him said. Strikeback turned and saw Backup standing inside the entryway to the EDC bunker. "If you're not careful, someone's going to see you out here." "You wonder about this place?" Strikeback said, turning his attention back to the desert landscape. "About how we're going to perform out functions when most of the world either fears us or loo…

  9. Started by Strikeback,

30 Minutes Ago... Backstab stood in the middle of the chamber, holding the glowing green canister aloft. "Listen to me!" she ordered. "This is the product of our loyalty, of our dedication to Lord Starscream and the Decepticon cause!" She heard a slight high-pitched chuckle from one of the shadowy corners of the room. "Lord Starscream," the Decepticon muttered to himself. "I could get used to that. "This is the fruit of our labors!" Backstab continued. "Pure, undiluted Energon!" "Really? Yo, that looks like something you scraped out of my crankcase," Soundoff replied as he stepped forward. Backstab frowned--somewhere else, she could feel Starscream doing the same. …

  10. Ok... I'm going to try and post this while burping a baby... It's been my dream to write a Transformers novel (or several...) ever since I was a kid. But I figured I needed a bit of life experience before I could try and bite off that size of a challenge! My fav character was Ratchet and I have to admit that because of this ficitonal character I was inspired to become a helicopter mechanic and later a firefighter/medic. I ended up badly injured and I'm disabled and hey, what better time in my life to sit down and hammer out this long-awaited novel of my dreams??? Now I'm a housewife, shepherdess and wanna-be-author with a beautiful baby daughter. Here's a bit from my bo…
