I was never blown away by the Legacy Menasor, what with Motormaster just putting on his clothes and all, plus, I find him top heavy and prone to tipping over. But, he is popular and despite my issues, maybe DNA Design's DK-38 upgrade kit can make all the difference in the world. We shall see!

This figure is a significant retool of the Springer toy (or vice versa I hear), so much that it might as well be a whole new figure! Enjoy! And finally we round out another combiner with Age of the Primes Superion, whom we compare to the earlier Combiner Wars version.

This is definitely not the Voyager gridlock from the advanced movie line, but many think it is! Hopefully this help in the confusion. Not a bad looker, just know that better versions are on the way. Sub here if you like my reviews! http://www.youtube.com/ebeforeinet

On this very late Throwback Thursday, a blast from the past - PRIME reviews Reveal the Shield Perceptor.

America got Stop and Chomp Grimlock because, you know, kids; while Japan got the really cool Battle Command Optimus Prime. Yes it's a simplified figure with a giant platform attached to the back but articulation is solid, and the sounds are rather cool. I think the best part is the inclusion of various swords and blasters, that were featured throughout the movie. Did I mention the trailer turns into a jet-pack? If you're interested in the figure I recommend going for the set with One-Step High-Octane Bumblebee, it's more available, and the inclusion of the One-Step figure allows you to trigger the sounds right out of the box.

Here's a look at the Transformers Combiner Wars Breakdown. He is the next member of the Stunticons and has a pretty nice looking car mode. His robot mode and transformation aren't as good as Dead End or Dragstrip. Please rate, comment and subscribe!

While the Hyperchange line will never be called the peak of Transformers engineering, Steeljaw is a fine figure and in my opinion the best representation of the character thus far. Transformation is limited to three steps, but due to the magic of automorph a lot happens in those three steps creating a very nice looking robot. Obviously this figure is made for smaller hands but a collector might find enjoyment as a desk toy.
