  1. Pricematched TRU's sale at Zellers, picked up the remaining 2 Armada remolds that I was missing, Blurr and Buzzsaw. Now I have SEVEN of those Cybertron DVDs with that episode "Hidden"... :redface All that's left for me to get right now is Wreckloose, and the Street Speed Minicon team, before I'm up-to-date with Cybertron. I've seen them ONCE at Wal-Mart, but I didn't pick them up... I don't think CDRedalert/FirstGunner, Crosswise/Autovolt, Brimstone/Terrashaver and Thunderblast/Chromia have been sighted in Canada, much less here in Montreal, although I'd love to be proven wrong... :D
  2. Pricematched Toys R Us' TF sale at Wal-Mart. The assistant manager almost didn't let me pricematch, with the following arguments: 1) "They don't say which TFs are on sale" (It says "ALL" on the flyer!) 2) "They didn't write the original price on the flyer, so I don't know their regular price" (Hasbro has TFs sorted into size classes for a reason...) 3) "We already have THE lowest regular price" (Ri~ight. Your regular price is $9.92CDN for a Basic compared to $9.97CDN at TRU. A whooping 5 cents) Anyhow, I made myself clear that I was right (:D) and I got my 30% off. So I picked up Clocker, Breakdown and Undermine (they didn't have them at TRU yesterday)
  3. Seems that the Zellers I pass by in the morning on the way to work *still* didn't have any of the Armada-wave of Deluxes in their system. So for the third time in 5 days, they charge me the price of a Basic. As such, I picked up Runamuck this morning.
  4. 30% off everything TF Cybertron at Toys R Us. I went crazy and picked up everything they had that I didn't have: Recon Minicon, Overhaul, Ransack, Dirt Boss, Landmine, Thundercracker, Longhaul, Crumplezone, Vector Prime, Mudflap, Jetfire, Dark Scorponok.
  5. Picked up a Cyb.Snarl today at Zellers. They seemed to have picked up on the "new" Cybertron Deluxes (the Sideways and Armada molds wave) not being in their system (see post #1006 in this thread), so they placed new barcode stickers over the old ones for the Sideways and Runamuck that I saw. I found a Snarl without the sticker among some Basics, and I managed to convince the lady at the cash that it was the price of a Basic...
  6. Picked up my THIRD Cyb.Sideways at Zellers this morning. The toy didn't ring up on the machines, and they were confused, so they ended up charging me the price of a Basic/Scout for it. :D You really can never have too many Noisemazes. ;) (Probably gonna paint at least one of them into a Noisemaze Production Type)
  7. My (early) X'mas present to myself: 1/60 Strike Freedom Lightning Edition The #1 item on my X'mas wishlist has now been acquired. :D :D :D :D (#2 is the GD-99 DX Chogokin Sousei Gattai AQUARION figure; #3 is the MAX Gohkin Godannar figure, but that one is slated for a Feb release... #4 would be Alt Skids and Alt Sunstreaker, #5 would be Cyb.Def.Redalert and Cyb.Crosswise...)
  8. Was looking for Cyb.Defense Red alert, Toys R Us didn't have him. :( So I picked up my second Cyb.Sideways. You can never have too many Noisemazes. :D
  9. Dammit. I'd buy a whole lot more from BBTS 'cuz of their sale prices right now, but last time when I ordered Alt Ravage with a couple of Tenjou Tenge figures (about a month ago), I got taxed big time by the Canadian customs office... Ulgh. :tdown
  10. Scored both Sideways and Override (wanted to import Nitro Convoy, but too expensive) today, both with DVD, at Toys R Us. They also had the other ones with the DVD too (the 4 Armada bots, Red alert, and Snarl), but I passed on those (I have Red alert already, I don't care much for Snarl, and I'm not crazy for the Armada molds)...
