Earlier today, we broke the story that OTFCC.com was forwarding to Hasbro's Transformers page. No one really knew what this meant, until now. 3H Productions has sent a press release, and the news is startling, Hasbro has canceled every license that 3H had, which should effectively mean the end of the company. Here is the key quote of the press release

"Due to constant delays on our part concerning the Collector Plates, Skywarp action figure, and delays in shipping Sentinel Maximus and the Club Magazine, Hasbro has decided it was in their best interest and in their right to pull both licenses from 3H Productions, as it violated the contracts we had with them. As of this day forward, we are no longer a licensee of Hasbro, Inc. What this means is they (Hasbro), essentially, will be taking care of the loose ends concerning the above items in some way. We are no longer allowed to advertise, promote, or sell anything further from this past year, or previous years’, conventions."

We at The Allspark would like to thank 3H Productions (and the Hartman brothers, and everyone else along the way for both OTFCC and Botcon) for 10 years of great conventions, and hope that the future of Transformers conventions is a bright one

*yawn* old news.
