New Takara Micromaster Reissues!

Recommended Posts

Anybody know if there are anymore Micromaster reissues on the way? I don't know how many were in the original series in Japan. Any ideas?

That was it as far as Micromaster combiners went in Japan. I was confused on Landcross, but someone cleared up for me the fact that he was a DX Micromaster for the reissues and never a Micromaster originally (nor should he have been because of his size).

Sixwing was the most drastically different from his original release (colors were totally different and he is now a Decepticon instead of an Autobot). So I could see him making a lot of sense for a new one.

I'd like to see them maybe make an entirely new combiner mixing some of the old members of the various teams. It could be done. A lot of the parts are interchangable anyway. But then, I think that would have been a neat thing to do with some of the large combiners who are interchangable.

There is the exclusive Devastator coming out in the US that is a recolored Six builder. But if I were to guess, I would say that Takara isn't doing any more of these, especially with WST out and doing pretty much the same thing.

Did they rerelease Sixliner? I only remember seeing Sixtrain... not like it's a huge diff.

Only problem is each arm guy was configured slightly differently, so you couldn't switch fists between teams. In some cases, even the left and right arms on a team aren't interchangeable.

Yeah, he was the first one. I wish that they had printed the instruction for their little "train & bits" modes. I saw it on a site once.

Yeah, Sixliner was rereleased, but Sixtrain is more common

I think the Multiforce came from Planet Micro, in Victory.

download the original sixliner instructions here:

that'll show you how to use his combiner parts as weapons

Thank you so much! Now why that wasn't included in the reissues is beyond me?
