TVShowsonDVD.com recently received news about "Transformers Cybertron: The Ultimate Collection," a DVD box set containing every episode from the animated series, set for release on July 22 by Paramount. Now, TVShowsonDVD has obtained an early look at preliminary package art for the set. Keep in mind the art could still change up to the time of release.

The DVD set has no confirmed special features, and contains 7 discs with all 52 episodes of the series.

Any news on the cost?

I'll probably pick this up when it comes out.

I won't be importing, didn't really like much of it apart from Starscream finally being semi-competant

FOR THE ULTIMATE FAN, huh?

I suppose it would have to be.

7 discs huh? That's gonna be pricey. They should have done a Pt1/Pt2 boxed set. I can see this being in the $60+ range, which is probably more than I would bite down at once.

And I love how they're bypassing Energon for now. I said this before, but that shows something for Energon's (lack of) ratings.

I'll be getting this, but I'll want Energon, too. :redface

I'd be pretty hard pressed to buy an Energon DVD set. The show's dub was way too incoherent.

Cybertron, on the other hand, really wasn't too bad of a series. I may pick this up if the price is right.

Not terribly thrilled but may look into it.

Still someday needs to pick up Armada part 2.

:animated FTW this Summer.

That's the whole set? If it is, that's pretty damned good, actually. :thumb
