bags at OTFCC

Recommended Posts

I assume we won't be able to bring in backpacks. Will we be provided with any type of bag?

I brought in my backpack last year... I think a lot of people do that. And unless an individual vendor has extra Walmart bags, they don't normally have anything to put them in.

We can carry them in? I figured security would make that a major no-no. All cons I've been to in the past either made you check them or leave them in the car. :tflaugh

Usually the people at OTFCC will give you the benefit of the doubt and let people bring in bags and backpacks. The past 3 years I've had to carry in camera equipment in various bags, and I never got any hassle with it.

Now, when things start coming up missing, then I'm sure they'll limit bags in.

I could be wrong, though. Hopefully Malin will stop by and shed some light on the subject.

Well, I figured security would be worried about people bringing in weapons. :wtf

Well, this isn't an Anime convention where people can buy swords and knives.....it's a Transformers convention.

As far as I know, they allowed bags and backpacks back in 2002 in Fort Wayne....and that was just under a year after 9/11.
