this is a possible kitbash idea i just thought up people.

 

 

way i remember it when it comes to the myp anime he-man series hordak was portrayed in flashback form as being the king badass of all badass he-man villains when it came to the 2002 anime series

 

basicly people start with botcon deathsaurus for the body

 

now picture it sporting cyberton vector primes head.

now picture vector primes head sporting bw/bm/rid ressurected megatron's remolded bat ears.

now give him skyblast's spear but with the spear halves set up with the hollow side faceing outword

and with a set of cruellock swords epoxy glued one to each spear half

now is it just me or would that figure bashed up and painted like that make for a rather suitable body for hordak to have as a decepticon warrior.

basicly this is an attempt on my part to reimagine hordaks character when it comes to this being my idea of what he would look like as a transformer.

 

what are your thoughts on the matter people?

If that's a problem, he could just use a RID megatron and re sculpt the head.
