Hi I am wondering if anyone here know anything about xyber toys

 

I am located in canada and would like to order a few items from them which i can't find here. but I can't seem to contact them, i've sent them many emails but they never reply. what's going on with their customer service?

 

if anyone knows if they changed their email or something let me know please.

not sure about their email as I've never had to contact them... I know they changed their website address a year or so ago now... I've not ordered from them for a while now because TFSource.com is always that little bit cheaper.

Sorry for the horrible bump, but anyone heard from XT since new years? I've mailed them 2-3 times now, no response, and have had an order processing for atleast a month now. Getting scared for my money, and antsy for my Alternity Prime :P

I've ordered from them before and found that their emails are either very slow or just not ever sent to you. I did get the figure I ordered though

Um, isn't that one still a pre-order item?

I get stuff from these guys all the time but I cant say they have ever been that good with E-mails. Saying that when I pre-ordered MP screamer I got 2 free PVC figures with it just for pre ordering.

they've been slow with emails in the past with me but any problems always got sorted in the end with no hassle whatsoever

 

also, pointless emails (asking why a pre-order item hasn't been delivered...) are probably ignored (& rightly so)

The Prime was on preorder on their site, and in stock 21st jan I think? I ordered after it was in stock, and 2-3 weeks went by without much happening, so I asked, to see if it was indeed prime beeing the cause of the delay. But, they haven't answered anything, so whether prime is not in stock, whether they're ignore me, or whether they just vanished, I don't know :P

I'll give it some more time tho... just hesitant to order more from them, until either A) I get my first order, or B) They show signs of actually beeing there :P

it's school half-term over here so that may work one of 2 ways either they'll have more time at home to deal with queries or they'll be off on holiday so... yeah i got nothing... hopefully they turn out good as they've always been great for me :thumb
