E. Devastator concept I came up with.

Recommended Posts

I was looking at E. Demolisher the other day and his alt mode reminded me of G1 Long Haul, sort of. Anyway, I was thinking that they should re-make the Constructicons the size of E. Demolisher. Man, that would rule! Then they could be combiners and form a monstrous Devastator. Then he might be a little bit more to scale considering a lot of the G1 toys were as tall or taller than Devastator, like Shockwave and Jetfire. Anyway, I thought this would be pretty cool. What does everyone think?

Look at the proto pics that have been out there it looks like there doing it already. I dont think each figure is as big as demolisher though.

that would be cool... e-demolisher, RID grimlock, repainted Landmine... we could have something going here...

A question just occured to me. Hasbro has to do drop-tests and the like for all their individual toys, but do they have to follow the same rules for their combiners? That is, they said that they couldn't reissue Metroplex the way he was because he failed the drop test, but if combiners don't have to pass the drop test in their combined form, perhaps that gives us a much better way to get much larger TFs on the shelves.

And yes, if one of them is a Devastator based on component bots the size of Demo then, yeah, that would kick butt.

Fireconvoy repainted into Hotspot. And the supermode is named Defensor with a remolded head. Mabie E-Landmine could be repainted into the constructicons leader and The supermode could be called Devestator.

I agree that they should make a large scale combining team of five or more. Energon or Armada haven't tried cashing in on that concept yet and it would be worthwhile. As long as they weren't weak incompetent twits with no hope of holding their own in battle (RID decepticons).
