Ok This has been on my plate for a long time. but having your entire alt and bt collection all the way across the country doesnt help.

This was a quick digibash. ever since I first saw grimlock as a mustang, I saw the body would look great as Shockwave.

I've been planning to do the same part swap. Was going to paint him blue too, for G2 Grimlock. Actually makes a good shockwave too, especially the legs.

I did that part swap a looong time ago, but never knew what to call him. Thanks! The main reason I did it was cuz I got the reprolabels Wheeljack stickers and figured I'd switch out Grimlock's red to make 'Jack match his G1 colors. I went out and bought a second Grim and Wheeljack so I'd have both versions. Alas, I was left with a blue and silver Grimmy, but didn' know what to call him.

Your Shockwave looks cool, but for some reason I like the original version more. Kinda grew on me I guess. Yours makes more sense though cuz he was a powerful guy

yeah diaclone grimlock has a blue torso. So it makes sense to call him that. also wheeljack, as a car, looks better with red "racing" seats haha.

I only like the mustang body as the front end becomes the chest. I feel that front end of the mustang looks more like G1 Shockwave's chest than an RX-8.

i love shockstang.

i like the blue on grims, but if i were you, i'd switch the inner door panels as well.
