What is it being used for? Well, a while back about a year or so before the Hellboy movie came out, my team at the studio I work began puting together a Hellboy prototype game to shop to our corporate headquaters and the owners of Hellboy. The demo was great and very Devilmaycry like but with Hellboy and his universe, I was the character lead but our dumbass corporate branch felt that it wasnt worth it to pursue the license and thus our hard work was for nothing.

 

I revisited this model with ZBrush and now its just for my portfolio. Hope you like it, its not really based off the comic or the movie really. Id love to do a Pearlman Hellboy though.

well, maybe with the movie actually being released someone might be interested in a game :)
