I bought it a couple of years back from a toy import store.

Its from the Beast Wars II or Neo storyline where Optimus is a wooly mammoth.

The matrix cannon is a pretty big one handed blaster that features this little mini game where you shoot these red balls into a hole. If you make it in the matrix cannon lights up and flashes with accompanying sound effects.

 

I've checked on ebay and online but i haven't found one like it.
