I might try this if I can drum up $15 for an Alternators Sideswipe.

 

Anyone know of anyone actually repainting/dying him in his G2 colors? Got pics??

I'm just so BORED at looking at all the Sideswipes and Smokescreens at TRU, I figured theres gotta be something interesting left to with them. And I hadn't seen a G2 colorscheme done yeah. I think this could be done, I just dunno about the hands- that would be difficult.

 

And Hasbro really needs to get moving with the whole Alternator line. 2 figured in six months is a ridiculously slow release schedule.
