He's just wondering if the DVDs have subtitles / closed-captioning in English...

 

I'd tell him, but I don't own any of the DVDs...

It does, but I am not sure in what languages. Currently I am at work and unable to check. If I remember tonight I will take a look and report back.

well where did you buy them? cause i have every season and they all play in english so i have no need for the subtitles.

I think he means that he understands the written better than the verbal. I didn't look very long, but mine don't appear to have the subtitles. Sorry, man.

Because of deaf and hard-of-hearing laws, most movies have subtitles built into them so if you have your TV's captioning on, it should do it automatically. However, I again don't own these particular DVD's and can't speak for them myself...
