I wasn't sure if people would get it since I drew from different incarnations of Shot for inspiration. The blue is from Energon Shot, the red are from the two Armada shots and the yellow is, well, his color. There is a clue in the pic.

 

I picked this mold because Smokescreen is co-opting Hot Shot's Armada body in Universe... So it seems like a fun kind of logic to suggest that he would be Smokescreen's "brother" when done in G1/Alternators molds.

 

If Hasbro's "Customize an Alternator" feature on their website allows you to order custom Alternators when it opens, I may go for something like this... Maybe get Red alert as a Viper, Prowl as an Impreza.

well guessing who it was wasnt that hard, the Head and the Legs gave it away for me (yellow helped) but i had no idea for why so i just made something up

I think it would have been better if I'd just gone with the Armada Hot Shot colors.

 

The blue clutters everything up.

His lisence plate says hotshot on it! well the visible part says shot, but the other half says hot. Thats a nice redeco and I have to admit that the character has grown on me somewhat. Ace :thumb

yuck, I can't stand those colors. If they start doing thos colors on alts too, then.... well... I'ld do something. I can't stand half of the energon color schemes to begin with... the yellow and red don't look too bad but the blue is bad IMO.
