Well the deadline has passed, and the entries are in. And even thogh we didn't get alot of entries, we still got some realy nice ones. It was really hard to pick the winner.

Ok, I desided that I'll pick the winner like I said I would originaly.

Here's what I'm gonna do. I have taken the images of the bases sumbited, and modified them slightly so that base is more clearer (The base it self has not been changed I assure you) I will post what I think of each entry that was not dissqualified and the final one posted will be the winning entrie. The first two are in no paticular order.

First up, is Tekyuinajar's Base.

It utilised many of the prime trailers released in america, and even used Primal Prime (a compenant I didn't expect to be used).

A very nice desighn with a formidable defense arsonal. But aseticaly it seemed kind of cluttered which detracted from it in my opinion. Still a very nice entry.

The second entry belongs to Dufftrix

His was the first entry and in a way set a standard for all the entries fallowing it.

The desighn is very funcional in that it actualy creates an inclosed area with walls, like a real fort.

He did somethign I was hoping to see and used Star Convoy as a component ot the base.

Again, a very very nice desighn. But it still seemed to lack something...

And now... the moment you've all been waiting for... The winning entry.. *cues up drum roll*

Turbine027!!

His base desighn accomplished exactly what I wanted to see.

He utilized many many prime bases to create a massive and extreamly impressive base.

The placement of the PVC figures shows exactly how the base can be utilized in a real setting. And the use of Actionmaster Prime's vehical was a supprising but very well used addition.

And lets face it...the base just looks flat cool

So, Congratulations Turbine, you've won. Your prize is you can request a Digital Repaint and I'll do it. Or you can request something like a TF-Girl, and I'll do it.

Thank you all for your entries. Expect another contest from me again. Till All Are One!!!

Congrats Turbine, good job.

Woohoo I got second.

LOL

Good job to everyone that entered. I enjoyed it.

Hey Rodimus how about another Base contest, but with no limitations, use any transformer available, but only transformers.

I enjoy building things. lol.

:clap YAY! :yay

I was reading this entire thread, only showing one line at a time, so I wouldn't jump down and look who won :)

I finally got down to the bottom and just smiled like a little kid. And the ironic thing is that yesterday(May 11th) was my birthday, so hearing this was like a birthday present...Thank you. And thanks for the flattering comments!

I also wanted to say that I loved this project/contest and that everyone's entrees were cool, and I had a lot of fun watching it all happen.

Umm, as for the prize, I'll request a TF-Girl drawing. If possible, I'd like it done of my kitbash character, Turbine, seen both in my signature and here: http://www.TFans.com/index.php?showtopic=3877

Thanks again everyone,

-Turbine

Had a feeling you were gonna request that, and that's cool.

I'll try to get it done as fast as possible for you man. I don't suppoe anyone has drawn a pic of his character before have they?

Oh and Happy Birthday!

Nope, not even me :D

I've drawn pictures before of his old incarnation, when he was only a concept and not a real toy.

Oh, and no rush what-so-ever. feel free to take your time.

Thanks again,

-Turbine

Hey Rodimus how about another Base contest, but with no limitations, use any transformer available, but only transformers.
