Blugeon.

Need I say more?

Several things have always bugged me about the famous Pretender. He seems to be always shown as acting like a ninja, when according to his dress, he's a Samurai - a knight rather than an assasin, thus fitting with his sense of 'honour'. He is perhaps the only main-line TF never (to my knowledge) to use a main and impressive power - the generation of electric fireballs. I've also never really seen his aloofness or distance from his fellow mechs shown properly.

That aside, he does have perhaps the best Pretender design and let's be honest, who doesn't like the ideas behind him?

Thus, allow me to present a redesign (barely) of the famed Decepticon Electric Warrior himself:

Done totally for fun (all my drawings are) and on the spur of the moment (ditto).

If you spot all the desing influences, real or imagined, I'll be handing out virtual bags of toffee...

Your thoughts?

He has skinny legs. Although I suppose that was done on purpose

i like it, very samuri-ish

cool, not bad.

I like the addition of that cannon, but how come those shoulder pads look like cardboard boxes? Everything else has an angular feeling to it, but it makes me think of how the Headmaster robots were done( the arms were human like with rectangular sides used a kibble)

Looks like SWTF Darth Maul to me.

Pretty awsome.
