Just Wondering

 

In my area it's pretty much been Waves 1 and 2 for the longest time with Wave 3 only making a brief stint and quickly dissapearing

 

I've got 2/3's of wave 3 and for the past few months i've been unsucessful on aquirng the vs pack with Ramjet

 

is this the same situation in most areas?

Nope. Seen all 3, all the time.

I still see plenty of Wave 1 and 2, and Wave 3 sparingly (I got all of them when they first came out).  Still waiting for Wave 4 to show up around here.  (I'm in Montreal, though, if that helps anything)
