Gawd I'm sick of seeing YuGiOh cards in the Hauls thread. I dont even pay attention to those things at the counter in Walmart. So seeing them posted online is like seeing Snickers and Skittles posted in the Hauls thread..............That give me an Idea :tflaugh

Im gonna be honest with you. I wouldn't know a rare card if it magically appeared in my wallet and was stamp "hi I'm Rare". Doesn't he usually just usually show the wrappers any way? *Usually, Once I see the typed up summary and a bunch of miscellaneous items posted in the pic, a mental block comes up and I scroll down to the next Hauls Pic :redface So for all I know, the cards could be opened and Rare?*

Rare cards tend to be on the shiny side, while commons are plain. I'm pretty sure that goes for most CCGs/TCGs.

I like em. I will admit though, with this being the true G1 redux, you'd think his legs and arms would be red if not all white. The chest bears no homage either.

I don't think the sculpt is the issue, though I do have to wonder about the necessity of those wings, considering that his alt mode is completely made up. It's not like RiD Side Burn where they had to give him all that kibble because he was supposed to look like a Dodge Viper. If you know what I mean.

 

It's just the colors. I just don't get the transparent green... it wasn't necessary and it made his eyes look just plain wrong. The purple I could have lived with, but those pictures make me wonder just how dark that purple will actually be.

 

About the only reason I could think of why I would like those colors is because he's the color opposite of Prime... ARTSY GHEYNESS'D

 

I really do want to get over this though, because the line does rule. hopefully I can just get the angst out of my system and be okay by the time he shows up in stores.
