I new at repainting and kitbashing and I want need some help. I trying to build a custom toy of my fancharacter (Theres a picture of him below). I wanted to know what parts of existing toys would be best. I wanted the toy to be around deluxe sized, And What kinds of paints that would work best. I was going to use modling clay for the rest.

 

I thought about using

 

Armada Nemesis prime's head

 

Cybertron Thundercraker's body

 

Armada Nemesis prime's arms

 

and Cybertron hot shot's legs

Would all that go together and transform?

 

And you'd be better off find a regular Armada Prime's head and limbs and repainting them. It'd certainly be cheaper.

ok, i've got a little changes, first like DarkNarcoleptic advised im using Optimus not nemesis. Now Im using energon starscream's chest.

 

Does anyone have tips for removeing pins?
