given how many other toy gund just have the oringe tips i dont see why the green is needed also the PR SPD guns dont have such colours

I won't pretend that I know all the reasons for such decisions, but:

 

a) given the other figures in the line, I'm sure Hasbro would have wanted to give Megs a more G1-ish alt mode if they could have

 

b) maybe the rule is that you have to have a lot of bright colors on the toy, and a black scope is "real" enough from a distance to warrant the orange tip

 

c) I'm not defending any of this stuff, just speculating, so don't jump my ass about it kthx

Neo G1/Classic looks good. Megatron looks a bit exagerated with that gun design but at least its a GUN!  :clap I wonder how tall it will be? With a $19.99 tag it should be in the range of BW's "Mega" figures. That and the fact it should be large enough to be hand-held. I can hardly wait! :Dc

I'm a big tank >>>>>>>> gun guy myself (teh shock) but for a G1 classics line you gotta have Megs as a gun. So props to Hasbro for trying.
