I saw the name "Cobra Commander" on the back of Megs's box... so he's the TF/GI Joe crossover Megs?

I don't know.  I know that he was a gun in the first series from Devil's Due, and probably a gun in the second.   In the third series he is just a head that scientists used to create the Serpentor robot.   That certainly no Joe or Cobra vehicle.   Maybe it's a Cybertronian alt-mode?

Damn I missed this comment...... There had been several tf vs joe comics out for a while even before devils due. Anyhow, in one incarnation of the tf/joe crossover megs was a tank....very much like the one we see here in titanium.

That is so crazy to me too.  They are an inch shorter than Alts but have Diecast and they are still cheaper. I know they aren't as complicated but still, WTF! It makes you think they are lying when they said they couldn't put diecast in Alts for cheap. BTs aren't even fully Diecast.
