Got wind of this on www.techbargains.com:

 

Paypal has a new coupon: $20 off a $100 ebay purchase.  Doesn't work on all accounts apparently.  Best way to use it is with BuyItNow auctions that require immediate payment.

That coupon is only good on tech items (like cameras, computers, ipods, etc).  It expires 4/30/06.
