TAKARA TRANSFORMERS - MP-01 PRIME & MORE!  The freshly merged Takara-Tomy

company is showing great signs of promise with info that has been released

recently.  Besides confirming the MP-03 Masterpiece Starscream, and

entering into another production run for the red hot THS-02 Convoy, they

have confirmed the continuance of the Binaltech line with the BTA-04

Convoy & Melissa figure - the die-cast version of Hasbro's Alternators

Optimus Prime Dodge Ram.  The also have just announced that a new

production run of none other than the MP-01 MASTERPIECE CONVOY will be

released in June!  It looks like they fully intend to keep us all happy

with awesome new releases as well as producing more of the popular past

releases.

Preorders for the BTA-04 are avialable here for $59.99:

^ Just noticed this. (I checked N+R but not TTD!  :redface )

I've just done a bunch of preordering myself, MP Convoy, MP Screamer, THS-02 Convoy, and the 6" WW Optimus and Megatron Titanium figures.

I'm moving more and more into the "collectible" figures for my collection, as opposed to picking up figures such as Cybertron. There are always a few I'll pick up, but most of the Cybertron figure I have are residents of my closet, save for Optimus and Wing Saber.

Can't wait to see pictures of MP Starscream.

hmmm mp-03 sweet.....mp-01 meh why do i need to buy that beautiful bot when i already own him???? in perfect condition???

Can't wait to see pictures of MP Starscream.

<{POST_SNAPBACK}>

I'm waiting for pictures before I preorder.  Just to be on the safe side.

I am glad MP-01 is back, though.  I missed out on the first one because I was too busy snatching up Energon deluxes. :redface

I also missed out on the MP-01, but I'm glad Takara is making more for pre-order for less then $100 compare to ebay prices of over $200+ for one ( I got 3X MP-01 3 X MP-03 pre-order so anyone still look for some better jump on it before poeple like me order 2 or more and it'll be sold quick :tflaugh )

theres always the endcap. :D
