I am having trouble collecting from a fellow TFans for an item I sold him back in November. I know there's a positive feedback forum, but what about a negative feedback forum?

 

This guy keep saying he's going to pay, he's going to pay, but everytime he said he's sent the payment, it doesn't get here (this is after about 3 weeks or so.) He kept apologizing and making up excuses, but still nothing. Is there something I can do about it, or am I short $31?

Yeah, I did. I sent you a PM a few days ago. I only got the left fist, but everything else I still have. Still interested in the trade/sale/food stamps.

 

I am going to bring it to everyone's attention if this guy doesn't make good on his words. I gave him more than enough chances.

The subforum here isn't just for postives.  and if he does pay, you can edit your post to reflect the new situation.

That's a tough one man. He has positive feedbacks from other people? If so, you may have to start a topic or give him a deadline. From now on, get the mponey upfrount. I only ask people to ship to me first if they are newbies.

the feedback forum is for that, feedback, positive or negative.  The only rule is NO FLAMING, so you can leave negative feedback, just don't go calling names and causing Blot.  A simple "Never received payment from item, F-" or something should suffice.
