since the average price of a HBS toy is $60.00 while this toy is priced at $99.99, it helps gives us an idea of the size.

Let's see MP-3 costs $ 100 while THS about 50...so while THS is about 4 inches, that should make MP-3 about 8  (or 20 centimeters) ? :tfevil

i wouldn't have a problem with that since it's still bigger than the original G1 toy :thumb

Well, MP-01 and MP-02 were both more expensive than this at BBTS. Does this mean Starscream won't be so stupidly huge, perhaps more in scale with Alternators?

i dunno.  i don't expect it to be much smaller than prime.  i don't think they'll screw us by making it only 8 inches tall.  i think the reason ths prime was so much, is because the incredible amount detail on such a small scale.  it's easier to do those kind of details on a bigger figure.  you're also forgetting that prime came with a trailer, there's at least another six inches or so of plastic.

MP Prime didnt come with a trailer

I bought my MP-01 at Digital Toys for $ 100 and the current pre-order price they charge for Starscream is the same. My guess is that Starscream will be roughly the same size as Prime (& Magnus).

Truth be told, I wouldn't mind if he was slightly smaller than Prime (like a head smaller). Would fit in better with the alts I think.

wasn't Starscream smaller than Prime in the G1 cartoon? maybe Takara will make the MP's to scale?

Smaller in the cartoon, smaller in the comics and I think also smaller as a toy.

Should be fitting that an MP Starscream should be slightly smaller than MP Prime.

toon acc so slightly smaller than prime i guess

Starscream and the seekers should be the same height as prime, megatron and soundwave.

I see that SS will come with his coronation crown...but what about his shoulder pads :tfhuh
