I love the weapons...what figure is that in the driver seat?

For some reason when I read the title, I was thinking of something more along the lines of this:

The driver is a Megablocks figure repainted by me. The head is the Yellow Ranger head, and the body is from some bad guy. I don't like it because don't match with the colours of the car. I'm searching some Megablocks soldiers (Command Op's) that will match better with the military look of Hound, but I can't find them. :tfsad
