So does Vector Prime have any relation with Vector

Recommended Posts

I mean Vector Sigma was created to form reality in absent beings. Its a round ball and has a key to use, no key then a life needs to be used to turn it on. But Vector Prime has the ability to turn time and his chest has that round shape.

Any relation at all?

What is the past of Vector Prime where did he come from? Or is he just a new right hand man for Prime?

first of all, cybertron is NOT G1, so vector sigma doesn't exist.

but if you need to get all theoretical fanwankerish (nothing wrong with that), he could have, if from another dimension, some connections to vector sigma. did the hasbro team make references to vector sigma for the fans? that's another question, which will probably be answered with yes. just like all the other homages.

as i said earlier, if you go by the collector's club comic, where he travels more between dimensions than he does in cybertron, one could say he hauled from G1 and was/is a TF-ing form of vector sigma.

where did vector prime come from? IIRC, he was one of 'the 13' (original transformers in the OCC comic and unknown where he came from in cybertron canon. of course, with some twisted logic and fanboy-ism, you could tie all continuities in one and my logic is obsolete.

I think of Vector Prime's name relating more to the Matrix. Mathematically, a Vector is one component of a Matrix.

Vector Sigma was the computer that controlled Cybertron during the Quintesson controlled era. There are two possibilities in my mind, concerning the saying "Before Cybertron was, I was."

1. Vector Sigma existed on the rock that became Cybertron, the Quintessons discovered it, and took control of it.

2. Vector Sigma was created by the Quintessons, but before Cybertron was officially named. This would mean that there is a distinct possibility that their other planets had computers similar to Vector Sigma.

"Vector" is a common first name on Cybertron.
