Hell, all they got to do is copy Danny Phantom or Avatar: The Last Airbender, add and expanded cast, and then BOOM: You have a decent series.

Nickelodeon knows their sh*t when it comes to quality kids' programming. One of the cool things I've noticed about cartoons nowadays is the way they've embraced many many different design aesthetics, from "realistic" to highly stylized. That should create some interesting possibilities for a potential TF cartoon.

If they know their Blot, then why the hell did they cancel Invader Zim!??!

Just for the record, I love Nick.  I'm Nick Nuts or something.  I watch their Nick Toons channel all the bloody time because I CANNOT stand most of the crap on network TV, plus they do have some really good cartoons.  However, I can't get into Martin Mystery or Danny Phantom or some of their other new programs within the last 2 years.

Invader Zim rulez.  I have all 3 DVD volumes.  They wanted to really change the show but the creator refused to change what he was doing, which I respect.  Stupid Nickelodeon.  You had a great show and you wanted to screw it up!

well..... in all fairness you don't know what it would have been like.

I've heard that one of my new favorite shows, Arrested Development, might get picked up by Showtime after being cancelled by Fox. My biggest fear is that it will be just more of the same... I'd prefer the show to end on a high note after three seasons than run for another five in stale mediocrity.

we'll end up with some new series...maybe even get a new line of characters...blah blah blah...probably american written..probably suck and ill still watch it just like i did energon...and well get a whole new line of toys that i gotta get my grubby hands on...and dont forget the fast food franchise wars...gotta love them

and i dont believe they will actually wait for takara to stop.... i mean any one could pick up the rights to it huh?

If it is still any good as a show, you'll just have to catch it in between badly acted-out softcore porns

I agree, especially since they did bring it full circle in the 3rd season finale.

All of the next shows should be japan made. Americans have not made a decent cartoon show for many years now. Just look at all the crap that is on kids tv these days.

It's not all "crap". Because a cartoon is foreign-made doesn't mean it's better. When're people gonna realize that?
