How many episodes per series?

Recommended Posts

SL had 53 if you include the special Dream Match episode. That episode titled Distribution in Energon is included in it's total count to have 52 because for some reason SL episode 33 was never dubbed.

Epesode 33 was too violent.

Crap, now I want to know all the gory details. :D

I don't remember exactly the specific details. I remember them going to Alpha Qs planet cause Alpha Q lured Mega Zarak there to try to make him remember his past. Mega Zarak didn't remember and he just busted up the castle and stole energon. Then Roadbuster fought him. Didn't seem violent at all to me. But I don't have the episode on my computer anymore and I don't feel like downloading it again so there could be some more "violent" details I left out.

I always thought it was cut because it dealt with Mega Zarak's backstory which was changed in Energon.

I wonder why Beast Machines had so little episodes. :roll

Because a US-centric cartoon season is (on average) 13 episodes per season.

Beast Machines had two seasons.

Japanese series are usually designed for a weekly run all year, or at least for a few months, hence the 52 episode mark for Armada, Energon, and Cybertron

Did they change how he wasn't actually the original Mega Zarak but he was just made from a random Destron spark? I don't remember Energon quite as well since I'm watching SL right now.

I agree, that episode didn't seem any more violent than the others to me.

Awesome. I mainly wanted to see the overall length to each series. To see if they where getting shorter, though I knew how short Beast Machines was, but for Armada, Cybertron, and Energon, wasn't sure. It can all relate to G1 as well.

You should add that the 13 episode deal is usually for shows the run once a week. Even though Japans deal is better. They get a new episode once a week for a whole year. I wonder how their reruns work though? Is it, once you miss an episode you have to buy the DVD, or do they do a every week day deal like we get for shows that have over 20 episodes?
