Waiting is waiting, it's a part of life.

 

It makes no sense in the Takara's cartoon, it does make sense in Hasbro's story. There will be a Deluxe Unicron figure. I'd bet bios will mention something of the story if not a possible comic as well as blurbs on the "Primus Unleased" packaging. So that should make it relevant for kids. It'll be doubly relevant for fans of the new series and G1.

 

Where would be a proper place to put the moon maces? Orbitting Cybertron? Same proper place as the head. Primus holding them in his hands? Also very appropriate for the head a la Hamlet. Also he has tentacles, he's an independent figure that doesn't need a "place". Who knows, he may even have a minicon port underneath to attach.

 

Hasbro not making something available to you that you don't even want gets you further upset?

might i suggest that the average american child wont notice that he had to wait an extra 6months. (copared to takara)

and

if this is only in the first wave -the collectors and scalpers will have them - be happy - and the kids as a general rule, wont - so they wont notice that it doesnt makes sense. (as if making sense has been a priority for the shows as of late)

its interesting enough as an item, but only putting it in the initial run and then on top of that only in the US, yet another example of any collector outside the States being screwed, the only chance of getting one is paying stupid money to a scalper over ebay.

actually your wrong. im a dedicated collector and wont be able to get the primus including this as

 

A) its first wave only

B) if proto x is right and its a usa exclusive the uk first wave wouldent have them

 

i agree the more i hear about this the more of a cheap ass gip it is. the big hype that went on about this and all the secrecy just for cheap looking head that could pass for bludgeon just as good as unicron that only a few will get without having to pay over the odds on ebay and is a US exclusive so no one will ever see it outside of the states.

  i was really looking forward to this special incentive but i dont see how its so special as only some are getting it and it wont make you buy two so could there be something else i dont know

We'll see that Unicron head again.  Hasbro know the demand is there, and when do they ever use a mold once these days??

IMO, with the toy being the same as the Hasbro version; the Unicron head is more of an incentive to me than the G1 style box from Takara.  From what I have heard so far, the head is a tie-in to the deluxe Unicron "Reborn" toy. :thumb

Once again, I don't understand what makes everyone b*tch about this particular topic. It's a toy head. Not a big deal. I mean, I can understand not liking a figure....but it's a little toy head. Get over it. If you're going to be fanboys about it, at least rant about something bigger- like that new Master Collector fig or whatever. But this just doesn't make any sense to me.
