how much should a loose G1 metroplex be worth?

 

cause i was browsing through the shops when i visited a little shop that sometimes

has original G1 bot's...

 

and there in the cabinet was jazz...mint in box £135...

protectobots loose £130

metroplex loose...£30

 

now i'm sure the guy must had wrote the wrong price...

but was just curious that if i get him tomorrow at the £30 price tag...

how much more could i sell him for??

Depends on his level of completeness... I've seen just the bot itself with no accessories sell for as low as $10, whereas a complete one can fetch over $100.

Then there's the whole "pieces of Metroplex" fiasco. Most people take all the pieces and sell them separately and some of those go for quite a bit as well. :wtf

I got mine complete at botcon for $50

I two loose Metroplexes for $10 each. I have accesories for none.

 

Pay a little extra and get one with all the accesories, if you care- it's much better than the everlasting parts search that will cost you more than if you bought them all at once.

Oh. Is he truly a moron or is the person that buys it a moron? It all depends on what it's worth to you.

i see it on average at $30-50 incomplete (usualy 80-90% complete). most $60-$100 for the complete ones. his price seems to have jumped recently. a few years back i saw tons of the for the $40 range in all sorts of conditions at shows.

i might get him regardless of how complete he is...

this is probably the first and onlly time i'll ever see the toy...

 

as long as he's got his fist and weapons..that'll be enough...he only be in robot anyhow
