I went to Walmart the other day and found Ricochet and Rollbar and hid them. I went back today and picked up Ricochet.

 

Alright we all know they messed up his face paint job by not painting his nose gold. However what noone else seems to have noticed is the improvement in the way the front end and the floor board connect. Before there was only one tab that the floor board hooked into the front end with while now there is one on top going from the floor to the front end and one on the bottom going from the front end to the floor board. Also his rear license plate. I don`t know if this is Hasbro`s response to Reprolabels` state license plates or not but he has a New Jersey rear plate with his name on it. Looks just like the real thing too. I`m not sure why they decided to paint the legs the way they did rather than going with the standard Imprezza leg paint job but I personally think it looks good. In my opinion I`d say he gets a 6 out of 10 on the repaint scale. So go get him and pick up an ultra fine tip gold paint pen while you`re out so you can fix his face.

In the next wave they do. The current one I think is Rollbar, Ricochet, Skids, and Sunstreaker. I may be wrong about Sunstreaker, but I'm sure on the other three.

Found Ricochet and Rollbar over the weekend, took Rico out last night and removed the flames using alcohol and cuetips, and it looks great.  Painted the nose and am thinking about removing the gold from the spoiler, but not sure yet. 

 

I think this is a great repaint of an existing bot.  Looks good and the colors work great together.  Though without the flames it looks kinda plain, might do something to add some color later on.

I'm about 99 percent sure you're right on that one Don.  The current wave as far as i can tell is a 4 figure case that comes with one each of Rollbar, Ricochet, Skids and Sunstreaker.  I was at my local Walmart the other day during my lunch hour and the alternators shelf was clear save for the four above figures in a neatly placed pattern.  I can't say for certain since i never put them out and wasn't there when they did, but it looks good to me.

You know- after what you did there, Dufftrix, if you could also remove the 'bot faction symbol and licence plate, and put a convincing Decept symbol in their places... WILDRIDER!!!

man. i have yet to find these guys anywhere near me :( my walmarts are still clogged with the previous wave with tracks and prowl in it :( I am guessing I will not see them until the others have cleared.

I could have sworn they all had two floor  board tabs. I just transformed my GT Smokescreen yesterday and he has two *non effective* tabs.

I'm glad to hear they're shipping in the next wave too.  That means I can put off getting them for a while.
