In going with the "dark" theme to my classroom, I'm trying to make a list of "dark" transformers.  Here's what I have so far.

Throw out what you think qualifies!  I'm basically going with characters with their own agenda, whether it be Unicron's or their own (Planet X characters).  I know about most of the high-$$$ exclusives.. so leave those off.

own agendas and you missed out starscream?....didnt they make a dark version of him for the energon series?

Do you mean Dark as in darker colours or as in personality and stuff? Because Galaxy Force Master Megatron/Master Galvatron was really badass.

Let's see, G1 Darkwing, Dark Nitro Convoy, RID Dark Scream, Dark Eggleo, Dark Eggbird and Dark Eggbot. That's off the top of my head.

Didn't have cable during the Energon Series.. so no I don't know how Starscream was, but that's a good one :-)

 

Got G1 Darkwing, but I like him better combined with Dreadwind since I have them both.

 

Ravage (X-9) would be good if I could find one.

 

Black Starscream/Zarak are too $$$ for me right now

 

I'll probably put Galvatron (Cybertron) in there when I get him.

 

I don't know who the RiD "Dark" characters mentioned were.  I got the frog, bat and skunk, but I didn't know they made an American Dark Version for those.
