Okay I've just  looked at this gallery fully and those legs have got to extend. We were told he's the bigger and taller than Grimlock. Those are two of the shortest Alts out there.

 

It looks like the legs extend and the bended out red flaps fit under the extended legs.

we can only really hope so, there is looks crap

Another thing is the Grill is definitely not supposed to hang down. I've seen pics where it doesn't.

well I will say it for the first time about alt op.  meh.

 

I was hoping for more leg articulation.  it looks like the flap underneath his hood gets in the way of posaility.

 

however it doesnt really change the fact that I'm still going to get it (i'm such an alt whore)

Sure hope it needs to transform differently. If not, then I hope that it's possible to get rid of that red piece in front of his crotch. It really looks ridiculous. He already barely has any upperlegs and with that piece even they're gone.

 

I really hope that it's possible to extend the upperlegs further than this, because really...this looks like a stupid design (IMO)

 

Still going to get him of course (probably even twice for kitbashing purposes  :tftongue )

I'm almost 90% sure that's not now his pelvis should look. There are hardly any TF figures that have screws right in the front like that. I still think he has the traditional OP waist design on the other side. Read his review and you'll see that he was really carefull TFing him cause it's a testshot and he didn't want to break it.
